Went to Chase on 101 in Minnetoka today to get some large bills for Xmas presents. I was greeted aggressively by the woman working there. She asked what I needed! When I told her, her only reply was, "Do you even have an account here?" When I answered yes, she told me someone else would help me!!! Then walked away!!! Not happy! The best bank experience I’ve ever had was with Chase in Minnetonka. Very clean environment. Very nice and friendly staff. If you ever have any questions at all about investment, credit, general banking questions, etc… I recommend going to Patrick. What a joke of a bank. Terrible customer service and the staff is completely incompetent. They have given my parents the run around the past few weeks while they try to close my deceased grandfathers account and pay off some finally bills for him. Every time my parents think it’s done they come up with another form for them after my parents have stopped in branch multiple times. Apparently they really want to hold onto my grandfathers social security money from the past few months.
