Went to Chase on 101 in Minnetoka today to get some large bills for Xmas presents. I was greeted aggressively by the woman working there. She asked what I needed! When I told her, her only reply was, "Do you even have an account here?" When I answered yes, she told me someone else would help me!!! Then walked away!!! Not happy! The best bank experience I’ve ever had was with Chase in Minnetonka. Very clean environment. Very nice and friendly staff. If you ever have any questions at all about investment, credit, general banking questions, etc… I recommend going to Patrick.
