best experience ever - Vasu and Meijiao went above and beyond to assist me - very pro- active and courteous - their follow up and competence was outstanding- can’t say enough good things about these two individuals
I wanted to like this branch. I was on the mainland doing business opening a new business account. My husband and I live in Hawaii, but I’ve been banking with Chase for 20 years since I was a teenager and branch stinks ; the people are nice in person, but they don’t answer the phone and I can’t get in touch with the assistant manager, who gave me advice that wasn’t right and wasted hours of my time. I won’t mention her name here, but her telephone number has been disconnected so I wonder if she was fired
Best banking experience
This was actually the first bank I had ever been profiled at! The initial guy I worked with was sweet, but the second lady who helped him literally profiled me! And not even for my own bank security! I will be reporting this to corporate.
We had a lot of questions regarding opening a checking account but I’m so glad that Robynn guided us through the whole process. We were apprehensive about banking with Chase but Robynn went above and beyond explaining if it would be the right choice for us. Thanks again Robynn and we’re looking forward to opening further accounts soon!
