I had an issue with my credit card and thought I'd go yo my local Chase branch.Glad I did. Friendly staff from the start with Robyn Hall Frick navigating me through fixing my issue in an easy going comfortable manner. The branch manager Joseph Ghobreyal greeted me as I was leaving. Nice experience.
Take your business elsewhere. Joseph, the branch manager at Chase, wanted to close my accounts simply because I complained about the unprofessional behavior of their business department.
