Claiming checks from government agencies as fraud and withholding money. Just awful.
Deposited a check in-branch that they decided was suspect. It wasn’t. They locked all accounts and refused a single mom access to any of the money in the accounts, not just the check they didn’t like. It’s been almost a month with no change, no finding reason with the branch, with the fraud department, with anyone. Do not take a chance with this bank.
