We had a lot of questions regarding opening a checking account but I’m so glad that Robynn guided us through the whole process. We were apprehensive about banking with Chase but Robynn went above and beyond explaining if it would be the right choice for us. You call this bank in Media and then leave 3 messages to Meijiao Jang never returned any of my calls. And then she has the audacity to tell me call me anytime for any of your needs. WHAT A HYPOCRITE ! Very bad service!
Have been a customer for many years at this branch with thousands in my account. Came today with a cashiers check from United Savings Bank from selling a house. They would not cash the check saying I needed that much balance in my account and I had $3000 in my account. Well thats what a cashiers check is supposed to be trusted and cashed without extra backing like personal checks. The manager got mouthy with me then walked away. Joseph and Meijao are amazing!
I had an issue with my credit card and thought I'd go yo my local Chase branch.Glad I did. Friendly staff from the start with Robyn Hall Frick navigating me through fixing my issue in an easy going comfortable manner. The branch manager Joseph Ghobreyal greeted me as I was leaving. Nice experience.
