Switching banks. Drive through ATM always broken and walk up lobby that’s supposed to be 24 hours has never been open after bank hours.
My personal opinion take your money elsewhere
Drive through ATM is always out of service or broken in some way. The card reader at the front door for the indoor ATM has been broken since I joined this bank 4 years ago, so I have never been able to use the ATM that’s inside after hours. Highly advisable for the chase franchise to send technicians to this location to fix all these features. Not a good look.
Unprofessional and untrained at their jobs. Banker Nora wasted like 20 minutes of my time. Took out 2 large deposits and she didn't ask for verification as she was supposed to. Then after everything this done, her boss runs outside and asks me to come back inside to provide my ID, address, etc to verify my identity... I'd avoid this branch if I were you.
