Went to open a new account. I have well over the maximum of automatic deposits for the highest new account incentive. I was informed this is only good if I have a coupon code. Yes, $300 is not make or break, lol. But money is money. I took this as a clear sign of difficult hoops to jump through by banking with them down the road and promptly walked out.
Employees are not in the positions instead they are on the side playing with cellphone, even the teller is not there until you are stand there for a while. Overall impression: unprofessional, impolite, slow

So I won’t lie I was nervous about coming here due to the bad review. But pulled up, easy parking. Walked in was greeted at the door. Told the lady I want to make a payment. She processed it, gave me my confirmation receipt and that was it. In and Out in less than 10 mins✅ So five star experience for my first time there.
