When to this bank today in Suffern and asked if I could get a wire transfer, the customer service person said sure. I explained to her what I was doing. I needed to transfer some money because I was going to recast my mortgage. Number one.She didn't know what a recast was, and two she never heard of Quicken Loans. She asked me if I had a lawyer????.
