I was greeted warmly by a friendly teller, Faizun, the moment I walked through the doors of this Chase branch, and was guided to a clean sitting area to briefly wait for an available banker. It was nothing short of wonderful working with Ziyan, who was exceptionally personable, helpful, and very knowledgeable throughout my entire interaction with her. Everything I needed to do during my visit was completed, with nothing left unresolved. This Chase branch always has exceptional service whenever I visit!
