Went to close the account and left with a bitter taste. When you think of banking you think of prepared professional staff. Closing an account is very basic and the employee was not able to answer basic questions: 1) what happens to pending transactions 2) what happens to pending redeemable points Left with unanswered question and was serviced in another branch. Please train your juniors!
I have multiple accounts and regularly ban with them. And when it comes to help with notarizing a document they won’t and redirect to UPS or USPS as if we aren’t aware.
I would give a negative review if it is available. The staff member who seemed to help us didn’t have any professional knowledge at all. We needed to combine two separate Chase accounts as husband and wife into one account. And she said she needs 45mins, which is longer than we expected. So we asked if it could be finished any sooner.
