It is ridicules that a branch will not answer their phone!! When I call the 800 number they cannot answer my question and refer me to call my branch directly. I have called the branch numerous times at different times of day and still NO PICKUP. Why would I bank with someone I cannot contact? This is B.S.
SCAMMERS!!!!!! I online deposited a check for $900 and they only gave me $100 I went into the bank wanting my money and they told me I had to call customer service to have it credited into my account or have a new check written. I called customer service and was told they couldn’t find the funds when the check clearly say $900 3 times they then told me there was nothing they could do when there the ones at fault. I don’t understand how $800 just disappears into thin air
They didn't want cash my cashiers check because they said is missing my middle name but every 2 weeks I always cash out the ones from my work and they lady said they just change the policy I ask her if today because just 4 days ago I cash out one from my work and always they write them the same and she said if I were customer yes but if I'm not they can't cash it like that I just went to my bank to deposit so I wish I could put -5*
