So helpful and convenient.
They messed up my paperwork when opening my account, they lost the paperwork I signed to correct the issue, they threatened me with closure of my accounts if I don't come down there to resign the papers, and their robot hung up on me when I called to figure out what was going on. I'm disabled, and the nearest branch is in another city. Oh, and their policies are racist.
