Had a wonderful experience. While other banks are reducing tellers and services, Chase had ample staff. The Charles Village location is pristine and well laid-out. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with Dante in particular, who helped us customize our account and activate a few new services. It’s been great banking with them!
Unfortunately I’m hoarse right now which results in my voice being a little deeper than usually and people misconstrue that with an attitude. However, there’s a lady with locs and painted finger nails that was offended by my tone apparently and decided to throw my money, receipt , and Id back at me. . .
The employees inside have always been helpful. But recently the bank managers have reduced the ATM hours to ONLY during normal business hours. Pretty big strike against this location. If you want to use a Chase ATM, you'll need to go to Penn Station instead.
I actually really hate this bank . Not this location but the actual company. None of their customer service numbers work and the app is CRAZY you can’t even report unauthorized or unrecognized charges on your account. I was literally robbed through my account and they won’t even call me back or try to connect me with a real person a robot answers the online chat
