This was one of the most shocking customer service experiences I have ever had in the United States. The employee who greeted us, whom I believe was the lobby manager, treated us with obvious impatience and disrespect from the very beginning. He showed no willingness to listen to our questions and offered us none of the basic courtesy that every customer deserves.
