Just drove to their location 5 mins ago to attempt to open a bank in person after a failed onlin attempt as it would not process I drove around the corner to this location paid for parking and walked in and I was greeted which was dry and seemed as if I was bothering the group of employees sitting at a table. I asked about opening a bank account because I could not process the application online. Had a wonderful experience. While other banks are reducing tellers and services, Chase had ample staff. The Charles Village location is pristine and well laid-out. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with Dante in particular, who helped us customize our account and activate a few new services. It’s been great banking with them!
Unfortunately I’m hoarse right now which results in my voice being a little deeper than usually and people misconstrue that with an attitude. However, there’s a lady with locs and painted finger nails that was offended by my tone apparently and decided to throw my money, receipt , and Id back at me. . .
The employees inside have always been helpful. But recently the bank managers have reduced the ATM hours to ONLY during normal business hours. Pretty big strike against this location. If you want to use a Chase ATM, you'll need to go to Penn Station instead.
