This review isn't for the branch. It's for the company. I applied for a credit card and they denied me because my dad has an account with them. I called chase to get this corrected and all they did was transfer me 7 different times to this department that department. Then the idiot bot comes back on to ask me the same questions. I’ve been with chase for several years now and this is the first time I’ve encountered a branch with only 1 teller station. Makes no sense to me and I’m definitely not a fan of that layout. Still giving 4 stars because of the Teller. She was FANTASTIC, not just with me but with the older lady in front me. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. She was working at 1:30pm on Tuesday aug. 5th. Brown hair probably in her 20s. She deserves to be recognized. Thanks .
I didn’t catch her name, but the girl working at the desk today was probably one of the nicest employees I’ve ever met in my life. And I Noticed she made the people in front of me on line smile and laugh. You can tell she genuinely loves her job and helping people.
Worst bank I've ever dealt with. Every time I deposit a money order which is never more than $300.00 they place a 10 day hold on it and it sometimes delays my bills. I set up autopay for bills and I always make sure there is enough money to cover the bills but the autopay rejects. Customer service representatives are beyond rude and unprofessional and will hang up in your face.
