I opened up a new small business account. I was assured all of the necessary information was supplied. I got a letter in the mail saying the account would be closed if I did not supply 'necessary' information. I called into Chase and no one is able to tell me what is missing or if the account will be closed, they said go back to the branch. I tried calling the branch many times and it just says we are busy and a click.

Today I went to the ATM of this Chase in Alamo, I made a transaction at the ATM , the machine took my cash and then I read on the screen it was an error the ATM didn’t give my money back and didn’t reflect any deposit. I entered to the bank at 4:55 pm and I was received by Leilani Rupp, I thought they weren’t going to help me because there were only 5 minutes left until they closed, she very kindly offered me her help immediately, she even called from the bank to report the incident and do the claim, Miss Rupp was incredibly... read more
