Tellers has always been amazing but I was on an emergency situations and needed to talk to banker . I talked to the lady who has the office right on the left side of the entrance I think her name is Carmen . But to be honest I don’t think she was willing or happy to help me but the saddest part is she think with my situation chase should have not helped me or support me in the past which is sad . I opened up a new small business account. I was assured all of the necessary information was supplied. I got a letter in the mail saying the account would be closed if I did not supply 'necessary' information. I called into Chase and no one is able to tell me what is missing or if the account will be closed, they said go back to the branch. I tried calling the branch many times and it just says we are busy and a click.
