Terry Simmons in this branch a Miss/ Woman? Or a Mr./ Men? I had a horrible experience with this branch on the 7th, a person with a lots of facial hair, I don't know is he or she, said helping me with that i need to go the my safe box, after the security questions, he told me to move to the side behide the wall to wait for him to let me go to the safe box section, I wait and wait, I didn't see him, so I back out the section to see where he is, I found out he is helping a lady on the waiting line, OK I said to myself someone ... read more
Mr. Terry Simmons VP greeted me at the door , I explained I needed a banker , he directed me to the teller , said she could help me … didn’t ask what I needed ,.. I said she can help me with a fraud claim ? Yes she can …. Right then I knew this was going to be a long visit … I showed ( my phone ) with the check , my name spelled wrong , address incomplete , no signature , 11 digit check # …. I do not like leaving bad reviews but Chase earned this review. We opened an account, deposited a check that Chase errantly marked a check as fraudulent. Chase refuses to return the check to the issuing party. We had no progress after dozens of phone calls with Chase. Today we filed a complaint with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. Shame on Chase.
We have several business accounts at Chase and they've always provided great service. After hurricane Ian left me 18 days with no internet, they graciously let me use their Wi-Fi, and I was able to get work done those days and keep our business going. Staff went above and beyond and I appreciate them very much.
We met with Alex today and he was amazing. He did everything we needed very quickly but was thorough! He cared about what we needed and made sure to address every single concern and request with professionalism and kindness! We love Chase but really, Alex is one of the reasons we do! John, the branch manager was great to chat with as well. Glad we bank with Chase!
