Went in to set up an account as I was moving states away and needed a national bank. Lady was super nice but apparently has no idea what she's doing. I've had nothing but issues. First my card never showed, because she forgot my apt #. Called customer service and got a replacement which I was promised I wasn't going to pay the $15 for.... And I did end up paying it because the lady on the phone lied.
