Poor quality Bug infested At the outside ATM made a deposit one check was shot back out and the screen said it was a fraudulent check. Funny because the checks were bought through Chase! Then I withdrew cash instead, went to deposit that same cash I had just got and the ATM said it was fake!
The Teller was friendly and I was in and out in no time
Went in the bank on lunch to open a new account. Three or four tellers and one lady in her office. I was the only customer in the bank. The teller behind the counter not very nice stated they are busy and could schedule me an appointment. I asked if could be today. Apparently to busy to help a new customer out. Sorry, I even walked in. Left without making an appointment. Bad customer service!!!
Great people, efficient bank !
