The Teller was friendly and I was in and out in no time
Went in the bank on lunch to open a new account. Three or four tellers and one lady in her office. I was the only customer in the bank. The teller behind the counter not very nice stated they are busy and could schedule me an appointment. I asked if could be today. Apparently to busy to help a new customer out. Sorry, I even walked in. Left without making an appointment. Bad customer service!!!

I have only used the ATM.
I see some bad reviews however the yreka branch polite to me whenever I go in there even if I don't have an account and when I did have an account they didn't change still very polite ask me I say five stars
