Great to work With Good Customer Service
One atm outside. Constantly a long wait. Also atm is broken sometimes. Even the new one recently installed. Always great service inside and fast and easy with tellers. Outside atm situation needs work. At least have 2.
I was very hesitant about this review, after careful thought it has been earned. Took nearly 3 hours to open an account. I was lied to and told there was no one to open an account for me, which is the person who opened my account. I get a notification after I left the bank hours later stating that Chance can’t reach me via email. I log in and the incorrect email is on my account, which I updated in person at this location. IT NEEDS TO BE OPEN ON SATURDAY.
This is not a good banking choice if you live in Bishop!! ATM works sometimes They hold your money for maximum days. They have been closed on random work days for all kinds of reasons.
