Poor customer service and even worse processes and systems. After 21 years of being with Washington Mutual and then Chase, this branch has made too many mistakes with my money to keep my trust. The ATM frequently has issues and it finally misread a check that was deposited for $2200. They took no action except to send a message through their internal messaging system and kicked the funds out of my account. Excellent service. Very professional rep.
I and my long-term customer here and thought I had overdraft protection but for every charge that came out of my account automatically the church me at 34.00 dollar overdraft fee each time it got to the point I really had to question if I wanted to remain a customer or switch banks
I've loved this bank for decades. Great workers. Always cheerful and helpful.
