John is terrible. When my mother was in hospice he assisted in getting me on her accounts as power of attorney. Easy work. Fast forward to my mother dies and I go in with the court paperwork. He tells me it’s not the right paperwork and I need to go back to the court for “letters of administration”. He says I should have put muself on as a beneficiary. Chase bank Avon is the best! Deborah was my banker today and she was great!
Don't deposit a check if you expect it to clear right away. Especially if it's a large check. They will make you wait for a long time to get your own money. They are scamming us and it's a joke to even use this bank.
