My wife had a terrible experience with John. “The vice president” of this chase bank. He was disgustingly rude to her when all she needed was assistance with her dead uncle. He should be ashamed of himself. She works night shift and hasn’t slept and she was still polite even with his nasty attitude. This chase bank deserves 0 stars and should be shut down. Get a new vice president.
WHY IS YOUR DRIVE UP ATM ALWAYS BROKEN?! The least you could do is make the walk up one available like other banks do. It’s beyond frustrating when you just need to make deposits and can’t get to the bank during business hours. Highly considering a different bank.
The drive through ATM is always broken. Either won’t take cash, or freezes so badly you’re waiting for 10+ minutes to cancel the transaction.

Chase holds checks for two weeks when you deposit them in and gives a new excuse every time you call as to why they won’t give you your money .Worst customer service and worst place I’ve ever banked with
