Had a pre-confirmed appointment for 11:00am this morning with my Chase branch representative Cherie Unger, at Avon, OH, branch. I got to that branch 10 minutes early and waited at the lobby. At 11:05am, l approached the teller and asked for Cherie. I found out that Cherie was a bank teller and not a customer service rep. She had no clue about my confirmed appointment. Lorne was incredibly helpful and friendly. I had been denied an account by multiple other banks just that same day, but then I walked into Chase and got exactly what I needed and more.
Friendly people, I was in and out in no time.
John, the manager, was exactly no help when I went in as a non-customer, to deposit a decent amount of American Curency (cash) in a customer's account. Instead of helping me find a solution he stood there like a parrot and kept repeating "It's against our policy". The Teller was very apologetic and tried to help, but he was useless. In reading other reviews, it looks like I got off easy. He has been even less help with others.
