Chase bank Avon is the best! Deborah was my banker today and she was great!
Don't deposit a check if you expect it to clear right away. Especially if it's a large check. They will make you wait for a long time to get your own money. They are scamming us and it's a joke to even use this bank.

My wife had a terrible experience with John. “The vice president” of this chase bank. He was disgustingly rude to her when all she needed was assistance with her dead uncle. He should be ashamed of himself. She works night shift and hasn’t slept and she was still polite even with his nasty attitude. This chase bank deserves 0 stars and should be shut down. Get a new vice president.
WHY IS YOUR DRIVE UP ATM ALWAYS BROKEN?! The least you could do is make the walk up one available like other banks do. It’s beyond frustrating when you just need to make deposits and can’t get to the bank during business hours. Highly considering a different bank.
