I just joined that sad club of ESTABLISHED CUSTOMERS who've had their time wasted and been frustrated by this useless branch office. When I attempted to use a balance transfer check to payoff my Chase VISA account, I was told they could not accept it because the amount exceeded the balance owed by $8! Used ATM, typical bank.
Claims it has a drivethru service it does not just ATM. This is inconvenient for a person that needs drive thru service due to kids in vehicle, and the more inconvenience that Chase refuses to put return envelopes in the credit card payment you want paid. I would give ZERO STARS if I could.
Had a pre-confirmed appointment for 11:00am this morning with my Chase branch representative Cherie Unger, at Avon, OH, branch. I got to that branch 10 minutes early and waited at the lobby. At 11:05am, l approached the teller and asked for Cherie. I found out that Cherie was a bank teller and not a customer service rep. She had no clue about my confirmed appointment.
