Extremely happy with the customer service in Truckee, especially David. I needed something specific from Chase and had no luck on multiple calls with the corporate customer service. Then I called our Truckee branch and David developed a plan and resolved the issue instantly. We’re very grateful for his extremely competent service!
Basically no interest in helping customers. I traveled an hour to something i shouldn’t have had to do in person and it was 15 min before closing nobody was busy at all and they said couldn’t help. Come back another time
