Basically no interest in helping customers. I traveled an hour to something i shouldn’t have had to do in person and it was 15 min before closing nobody was busy at all and they said couldn’t help. Come back another time
Staff were beyond friendly and helpful!
Came in 10/25/23 to get my account straightened out. Talked to the front desk attendant asking to speak to a banker. They were in a "meeting" and couldn't help anyone. Looking into the office, they were all just cracking jokes and talking about personal issues. Would've loved to be helped after taking an hour long bus ride to get there. Thanks Chase for wasting my morning!
