The guy who seemed to be in training was really nice and helpful, but “Myriam” was completely rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this location, the Incline Village branch in Nevada in way better.
Extremely happy with the customer service in Truckee, especially David. I needed something specific from Chase and had no luck on multiple calls with the corporate customer service. Then I called our Truckee branch and David developed a plan and resolved the issue instantly. We’re very grateful for his extremely competent service!
