I drove an hour and a half to this branch to open an account for my daughter since it is the closest to me. I've been a chase customer for many many years. Two females informed us we had to set an appointment to open an account THEN they suggested we could do it online. Sure enough, there ARE a few options for opening an account online. Cool. We went through the motions and filled in our info only to be told at the end that we are unable to do so. I called customer service who said that you can ONLY open an account in person... read more
