On August 2nd, I walked into the Chase Bank branch in Incline Village without an appointment to open a new business account. The branch was empty, and it seemed like the employees were almost just waiting for someone to help. I was assigned to Mr. William Mathis, who immediately gave off an unapproachable vibe, like he just didn’t 'feel' like working. I went in to pick up a doc to open a biz account. I knew I wouldn't be able to meet with someone without an appointment - BUT Jacob Wilkinson, branch Assistant VP, went over and beyond for me. Jacob was friendly and incredibly helpful!
Unprofessional staff. I did ask straight question and they said you good. All they do only appointments… been waiting one week! To get oh we’re sorry we can’t do that. This bank look like sleeping room. Barely walking and don’t know they job.
Very unhelpful. In trying to open an account my friend was sent away with different information several times- each time with a different excuse. No one to help, incorrect paperwork, etc.. even though she followed the instructions they provided each time. Really a frustrating experience
