I’m a longtime Chase client with several accounts, and I’ve now had three separate experiences at this branch where the same representative refused to help me and my daughter because we didn’t have an appointment, even though his next one wasn’t for another 45 minutes or more each time. I understand appointments help manage traffic, but when the branch is quiet and there’s clearly time, it feels unreasonable and unwelcoming to be turned away.
