Amazing customer service !!
Kathy and Diana were super nice and helpful. Needed their help with the ATM. Then they also helped me understand self directed investing, which is a new Chase option. Highly recommended!
I’m a longtime Chase client with several accounts, and I’ve now had three separate experiences at this branch where the same representative refused to help me and my daughter because we didn’t have an appointment, even though his next one wasn’t for another 45 minutes or more each time. I understand appointments help manage traffic, but when the branch is quiet and there’s clearly time, it feels unreasonable and unwelcoming to be turned away. Some of the best, knowledgeable and courteous staff
On August 2nd, I walked into the Chase Bank branch in Incline Village without an appointment to open a new business account. The branch was empty, and it seemed like the employees were almost just waiting for someone to help. I was assigned to Mr. William Mathis, who immediately gave off an unapproachable vibe, like he just didn’t 'feel' like working.
