Absolute joke and a waste of time. The person said they couldn't notarize a document because they needed to see the entire packet when it was a single form that my employer needed notarized that I have had notarized before with no issues. I've never had an issue with chase but this just absolutely put me over the edge as now I have to scramble to find another place to notarize my document in time. If chase can't fulfill something so simple it makes me think twice about banking with them.
We told you Mr Perry do not use our personal information for business, and you keep pushing the agenda. we have a business phone and a business email, but you decided to contact us through our private and personal emails, no ethical and non-professional way to do business.
