A+ I was a walk-in with a mortgage issue. I was greeted and seated right away. Cassie and her trainee listened and got me in touch with the correct reps and helped me get to the bottom of it. Also their offices are clean, modern and beautiful. Heartily recommend this Chase.
Everything is great except they took away the big AtM inside which is a huge set back. Since they’re charging every cash deposit with the teller and they won’t if you do it at the ATM and they took it way. Please bring it back at the North Andover branch

Absolute joke and a waste of time. The person said they couldn't notarize a document because they needed to see the entire packet when it was a single form that my employer needed notarized that I have had notarized before with no issues. I've never had an issue with chase but this just absolutely put me over the edge as now I have to scramble to find another place to notarize my document in time. If chase can't fulfill something so simple it makes me think twice about banking with them.
