Terrible customer service. Went here for convenience and had to go to another branch for help. The people here had every reason amd answer not to help. No people skills, zero customer relations. I will never go back and highly recommend you don't either

Worst ever. Opened an account expressing the intent was to wire large sums from realtor deal. Wire transfers declined to probationary accounts would have been something to mention. Branch managers are condescending, patronizing and unhelpful.
Every experience I've ever had here has been great! Today I needed some lost checks canceled and Sharma helped me. Her customer service was amazing, super helpful, and friendly.
