Worst ever. Opened an account expressing the intent was to wire large sums from realtor deal. Wire transfers declined to probationary accounts would have been something to mention. Branch managers are condescending, patronizing and unhelpful.
Every experience I've ever had here has been great! Today I needed some lost checks canceled and Sharma helped me. Her customer service was amazing, super helpful, and friendly.
worst bank long lines. and after waiting in line. they refuse to help with a wire transfer. poor customer service need better people working here.
