Avoid the branch for caste barriers and digital snafu. My greetings to mgr Steven and teller Madai got the responses "My hand is injured" and "Hai-L-l-l-l!" They were subordinating to a proffered hand shake and to first-name address. Williston doesn't have a problem with ATM cards like here.
I am very new to Vermont and USA and i was kind of afraid with account opening and everything but i can’t believe how smoothly it went. Steven and Jason You both are amazing and doing a wonderful job there. Thank you so much for all your kind help.
I Love Chase I happen to think this branch is kind & Friendly.. some people here in Burlington behave entitled.
Steven got us in same day and we worked with Eucrese who was wonderful. We were in and out and they did exactly what we needed, listened well, and had great customer service skills!
I am a former President of a National bank and can say with strong authority that Chase Bank is the worst run bank I have ever come across. In particular, the management of the Burlington branch is exceptionally incompetent. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.
