helped me open a new checking account i felt bad because they were suposed to close in 5 minutes but they still helped me without complaining
I come to this branch and I feel like I'm at home they call me by name. Ashley Agosto always takes care of me. Ricardo, Chris and the team are like no other.
Went 3 different times to open additional accounts. All 3 times was told they don’t have the time or anyone available to help me ( more than an hour before closing ) I was once a private client with Chase, but treatment like this is why my money is spread with other banks.
Bank personnel need to pay attention to the inside banking matters!! There has to be a liability when employees look for concerns outside of their office duties and interject themselves as bank personnel on the public sidewalk! Will your insurance company protect it's personel mingling with what they call suspicious off their property if they are attacked? Are they reporting everyone going down the street?
