Forced to give 1 star, but honestly this experience deserved 0. This is by far the rudest bank I’ve ever visited. The employees stared at customers in a very judgmental way and acted as if people were inconveniencing them just by being there. To make matters worse, the restroom was clogged with a horrible smell lingering through the building. Talked to Evan and opened a checking and savings account today to sign up for a bonus. He walked me through opening the account, but ultimately made me do it myself. I then proceeded to put some cash in to fund the account, but needed more for the bonus. When I made the transfer to the account, I was called by fraud prevention who told me my account is too new to receive transfers. But, I’ve been a chase credit customer for 14+ year, and the account used to fund the balance has been the exact same account for 14+ years. All ... read more

Not a real bank. It's like a useless office they can issue a cashier check but only if you have the right account. 🎲🎲
