I’m a business owner have a business account and they keep locking my account for stupid reasons. I will be closing this account and taking my business elsewhere. And they can’t even higher the atm limit above $1000 it’s ridiculous! I write insurance and they even locked my account because of a bad check a client wrote to me. Wasn’t my fault. I got the account unlocked this morning at 9 am and by 3pm they locked it again. Now I have to drive a hour and a half tomorrow to the bank to do this shit all over again.
Found the parking on the west side of the building with ease. A short walk later I was inside and helped within a few seconds. The Teller was very nice and helpful. I was in and out within 5-7 minutes and enjoyed the conversation while I was here. Would highly recommend anyone who needs a Chase branch in NC east of I-95.
I had the intense pleasure of working with Savannah. Honestly, I cannot recall the last time I was so welcomed and cared for. She was professional, efficient, explained everything that she was doing, and extremely kind. My day (life?) is better for having interacted with her.
Crappy bank, worst service I've ever had they pick and choice what will be taken out of your account, will deny anything they think is wrong.
Only 1 branch is NC and has terrible reviews. Not thank you!!!
