I had the intense pleasure of working with Savannah. Honestly, I cannot recall the last time I was so welcomed and cared for. She was professional, efficient, explained everything that she was doing, and extremely kind. My day (life?) is better for having interacted with her.
Crappy bank, worst service I've ever had they pick and choice what will be taken out of your account, will deny anything they think is wrong.
Only 1 branch is NC and has terrible reviews. Not thank you!!!
Locked my account claiming it's due to suspicious activity. There has been no activity on my account. No charges of any sort. There was no suspicion when I made a 200 dollar payment on the 21st of last month, now all of a sudden I cant get in nor will their "system" allow me to verify despite calling 3 different times and giving all of my information. If they want their remaining balance I suggest they unlock my account. Will be contacting BBB and getting this account closed as soon as possible.
Ridiculous that a bank like Chase has the worst location without parking. Not servicing older people must be their business model for this branch. Happily closing my account after 20+yrs.
