This has to be one of the best banks in Southern WV
I made an appointment with a supervisor of finance. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment, they said I didn't have an appointment and that the guy I was there to see wasn't there that day. So I spoke with someone else, not sure what his title is! I basically wasted my time and gas to go there. Enough to want to switch Banks. I've banked with them for a couple decades. Paid off a mortgage I had with them and more. Very disappointed with the unorganized way my situation was handled.
LOVE THIS BANK EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE IS SO KIND AND FRIENDLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME I GO THERE AT THE LOGAN WV BRANCH🥰
