Chase has helpful, curtious employees! The only problem I have with chase, is location. If you live close enough, sure. Its a great bank. Theres only the one bank thats on the other end of town, tword stollings and that can be out of the way depending on where you live.
So apparently no matter how long you stand in line all the others customers are more important than you if all you are needing is change. Even the branch manager told an employee that right in front of me. Don’t get him until we are completely cleared out. WHAT?!?! So if I was thinking of opening a person account with them I am no longer think about it. If I don’t have to come here for work, as this is where they bank, I wouldn’t come back.
