They don't help you want it to open an Account for my business they said they will have to make appointment and the only appointment is after 1 month I went across the street to wells Fargo they open account right away .
How can you be open but not to open a new bank account? 😕
I have a business bank account with Chase and I am currently working in The Altadena. Branch on Washington is not very business supportive. It applies rules that other branches do not apply and their customer service is not great at all. In the future, I will be switching my business account to another bank.
stupid and unsupportive branch, manager and front desk. I only needed to change my pin number and they told me my id doesn’t match the system. Went to a different branch and worked fine. And the front desk girl was very stupid and not willing to help.
