I like banking here because of convenient location, friendly tellers and longer hours. Very convenient.
I came in to deposit coins and they told me they didn’t have room for them. A bank that won’t take my money. I’d never thought I’d hear that. Very disappointing bank.
Had a very frustrating time dealing with Chase policies. Was trying to withdraw cash to be able to buy a car and Chase policies were not letting me. The staff was very patient with me as I got increasingly frustrated. In the end they found a suitable workaround. I’m still considering leaving Chase, but had the staff/manager not been willing to help me I would 100% have closed my accounts.
