Called 5 times, kept hanging up on me. I’m so glad this is how a central bank in the nicest part of this state operates

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE - then it just disconnects you what a joke - was expecting a very large wire - they rejected it because my account type wouldnt "accept" it no communication no notification -- mickey mouse club operation.
I had a fantastic experience at Chase in Southampton, most notably with Sabeen Shah. Sabeen assisted me in opening a checking & savings account, and made it a seamless stress-free process. After opening my accounts, I had one or two questions after leaving the branch, in which Sabeen responded quickly to my emails to assist. Sabeen made me feel comfortable, and always ensured any questions I had were answered immediately. Definitely recommend this branch!
Snobbish Clerk, gave the impression it didn't want my business even though I wanted to open a private banker account. I took my business to CapitalOne
