Worst costumer service at Southampton Branch. Very unhelpful with Senior citizens.
Called 5 times, kept hanging up on me. I’m so glad this is how a central bank in the nicest part of this state operates
Worst customer service and total incompetence. Avoid at all costs.
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE - then it just disconnects you what a joke - was expecting a very large wire - they rejected it because my account type wouldnt "accept" it no communication no notification -- mickey mouse club operation.
