Poor Service and Lack of Follow-Up at Chase Orangeburg As a Chase Private Client, I expected a higher standard of communication and professionalism from the Orangeburg branch, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. Both Judy and Elaine, along with the Private Client team, provided inaccurate advice that caused me to miss out on a promotional opportunity. Nice and clean branch, employees where very nice to me.
The individuals here always give me the poorest of service when I walk in. It's happened on 3 different occasions and it's frustrating to the point that I feel like ending my relationship with the bank altogether
Worst experience ever !! I came in to deposit money and was helped by a young Spanish woman who was extremely rude, unprofessional, and asked inappropriate personal questions. She had a nasty attitude the whole time and made me feel really uncomfortable. The supervisor sitting right next to her didn’t step in at all, and when I called to file a complaint, he actually defended her and told me If you’re not happy, don’t come here.That’s not something you expect to hear from a supervisor.
