Judy Chang was rude and unprofessional when my brother visited the branch to collect monies from my mom’s estate. Judy did not follow Chase Bank protocols and insisted on doing things her way. Fortunately, my brother visited another branch that followed Chase Bank protocols in situations such as ours and they advanced the monies to my brother. Good attitude of the tellers
This branch of Chase is absolutely the worst, without a doubt. The manager, a man named Kareem Hack, is extremely rude and lacks any professional knowledge. He actually refused to issue a cashier's check to a customer who has had an account with Chase for decades. Throughout the entire process, he behaved irrationally and unprofessionally.
