I’ve banked with Chase for over 20 years and this location has ALWAYS had the worst ATM. Even with the new machine, it only works half of the time. This a huge inconvenience as the next Chase ATM is 15 mins away. The company needs to start waiving/paying for fees that their customers have to pay to use a non Chase ATM’s. Ridiculous.
They're very nice and very helpful
Zero star. Horrible service. Rude people. Idk how they can work at a bank and know such little about banking. Any question you have all they've ever done for me is say " I'm not sure " and offer me the number for customer service. Absolutely zero help. I can't believe robots haven't taken the tellers jobs yet. If the atm didn't have a limit on it I'd see no need for them anyways.
