Have always been friendly and helpful to me
I'm not rating the customer service because I've never been inside or used the drive up tellers. But what I am rating is the ATM 🏧 IT IS THE WORSE IN ALL OF OHIO. It never works the screen is either red saying out of service or it can't accept deposits among other things! I went there this morning and on the screen it was a microsoft lable with the little spinning symbol saying shutting down! You guys need to upgrade your technology because it makes no sense that some of us live 3 minutes away but have to travel 30 minutes ... read more
This bank is a freaking joke!! They help with nothing and then blame you for their mistakes! They need to work on their customer service on phone calls and for sure figure out their jobs.
