I think this bank is the friendliest and most welcoming for all people coming from overseas. I cannot thank Ms Nancy Fong enough for helping my daughter to open her first US account ready for her college. Her great advice and prompt service made our day.
This is the friendliest bank branch I’ve been to ever. Not only do they move quickly, they balance it perfectly with being kind and thoughtful. From the tellers to the managers, I love coming to this branch for errands. There are more than enough ATMs and so there is rarely a line. Would definitely recommend.
Big location, seems fairly new, plenty of ATMs. Security guard opened the door for guest. Happy to call this my preferred branch.
