Isaac should not be in the business of dealing with customers or account managment. I called to open an account and Isaac said he could see me in 15min. Just parking took 10 min. When I came in he was with another customer not a problem at all. He came to me and told me in a very condecent/upset way that he had turned out business because I said I was going to be there in 15. Chase closed an account I have with them with no appertain reasons They recieved all documents requested and they confirmed so over the phone. And I have a letter stating latest day to submit is end of November and they recieved it all before hand It is all recorded — or in writing And yet they have not gotten back over two months I was promised a call multiple times and nothing happening I emailed and called and no response .
