Isaac should not be in the business of dealing with customers or account managment. I called to open an account and Isaac said he could see me in 15min. Just parking took 10 min. When I came in he was with another customer not a problem at all. He came to me and told me in a very condecent/upset way that he had turned out business because I said I was going to be there in 15.
