Busy Bank... And yet they still manage to run everything smoothly. I've been to different locations where they pretty much lose control of the crowd but in this location everyone was pretty much in and out! :)
Chase - your Wamu customers away! Wamu was headed downhill for a long time already, which is why they had to be rescued and bought out by Chase, but things are definitely not improving since the buyout. As a customer of Wamu for 12 years, this Burbank branch was the straw that broke the camel's back. They exemplify the WORST in customer service that could ever possibly be found in a bank, and that's saying a lot about a bank in today's market.
