Disrespectful employees/management
AWFUL. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Absolutely awful customer service. Won't treat you like a person, they seem exasperated from the moment you walk in there and spend the entire meeting making it clear they dont want you there. I have had great experiences at other chase branches so i made the horrible mistake of trusting this would be the same. Will not be going back to this branch.
