Customer service horrible!
I leave work early to go with my son, who is having a birthday, to open a bank account for him. I arrive at 4:15 and they tell me I have to come back tomorrow because they close at 3. The signs say they close at 5.
If I could give this branch zero stars I would. The people who work there obviously hate their jobs and the line is always out the door. Just a shame they can’t seem to serve their community better.
Thank you for wasting my time. It was also nice to know I could wait on other line.
