Worst experience you can ever met in your life starting from tellers tell the branch manager, I didn’t used to that low level of inexpert employees working at chase, go to any other branch but not that one

Poor experience at this bank the fact that you charge a $10 fee to cash or on checks is ridiculous and you need to eliminate overdraft fees it is doing nothing but praying on the poor thankfully I have never had this bank and I highly recommend you not do Business with chase the fact that they finance the gas and oil industry is disgusting and help with deforestation around the world 🌎
Poor experience. I went in and needed to talk to a banker. The teller told me the only banker that was there had a client and was probably leaving after that. I said “could you please ask?” He asked and then of course she was just wrapping up with her client and had plenty of time to take me next. Was literally being “chased” out of the building for wanting to open an account lol. It was just a reminder of why I left them many years ago. Nothing has changed
