Horrible customer experience. Waited 1 hour just for the employee to take me to the office and tell me she will have to make me sit back out to wait because she has appointments. I waited patiently for about 1 hour and I didn’t even get to sit in her office for 5 minutes. 2 Other employees barged into the office as I was sitting there to ask for help and to tell her that her appointments were in and she spoke down to them regarding issues they were asking about. I absolutely love the Baldwin branch. The Client Service Representatives are fully knowledgeable of the Chase products. Based on a high level description of my needs to the representative, the best Chase account was identified and the account opened in under 10 minutes. Shoutout to Katherine who identified, clearly explained and completed the request. Very happy.
Alicia is very rude! Will not be coming back!
