Brandon Hodges and Rina Zavala are the best tandem in Chase Bank if you need next level customer service from knowledgeable, seasoned veterans in Private banking.I am amazed by how detail-oriented the staff is at the Baldwin branch on Grand Avenue.I have received nothing but A1 service since I've been going to this branch.From Pateice Reignier to the current Branch Manager,John.They make you feel like family and secure in investing my money there.

Horrible customer experience. Waited 1 hour just for the employee to take me to the office and tell me she will have to make me sit back out to wait because she has appointments. I waited patiently for about 1 hour and I didn’t even get to sit in her office for 5 minutes. 2 Other employees barged into the office as I was sitting there to ask for help and to tell her that her appointments were in and she spoke down to them regarding issues they were asking about.
