The employees are very friendly.
I have been banking with JPMorgan Chase for probably 25 years. I've never had such a negative experience at a Chase branch ever. Hot day at the drive-thru. I'm at the drive-thru because I have a very busy day. I was kept waiting and waiting while, obviously, my car is running. The teller finally came and took my deposit slip and money, then disappeared.
