I had a disappointing experience at this Chase Bank location. Even though I arrived only about 10 minutes late for my scheduled appointment due to huge traffic around the area, the staff were unable to coordinate or accommodate me in any way. It felt inflexible and poorly managed, especially for such a small delay. Better communication and scheduling flexibility would greatly improve the customer experience.
Have 1 business account with Chase Bank. Opened a new business and they declined the credit card. Very sad, they will now loose my business and will let everyone know. They only care about the numbers now a day, not the people who they serve. Looks like they prefer for their existing customers to leave and go to their competition "-)
