Went to branch to open a checking account. Stood there for 10 minutes listening to banker talking on phone about what sounded like a personal conversation. When a teller finally asked me what I needed she told me the banker had a 2:00 appointment and I would need to come back at 3 .. it was only 1:15 !! Short of help .. sure it happens but how long does it take to open a checking account. Meanwhile the manager was sitting in her office with the door closed the entire time just staring at her computer. Not a great experience.... read more
The employees inside the branch are amazing, However the freaking ATM never works!
The ATM is ALWAYS down at the Brockport location! You would think such a big bank could fix it properly!!!! I have wasted so many trips to town
