I called to get help @ 9:00am on my trust account. Was told the computers were down and as soon as they come back up they would call me. Several hours later I called again asking if the computers were back up. Was told yes. The person I originally spoke to gave my information to some one else to handle and was told someone would call me back. Five days later, no one has called me. I will not call them again. Very poor customer service at this bank.

This is the closest Chase to me and it's almost an hour away. Both ATMs are unable to take or dispense cash. The employees are there but won't deal with it. Chase customer service has been dead for at least a decade which is why I use the ATM rather than having to deal with any of their employees. But when they can't even keep their ATMs functioning...
Banker never calls back for a business account. Their APP sucks.
I went in to see if I can make foreign currency exchange. Yes I can!!
