There are a few good representatives at this bank but for the most part I get alot of "deer in the headlights" looks. They are not sensitive to customer needs. They do not respect customer requests (IE take you off the junk-mail list). They know less than I do about banking. They offer very little strategy on fund allocations. They have below average interest rates. They go back on promises (still haven't seen supposed rollover points). They take too long to process simple transactions.
