The branch has moved and the new location sucks. There is no drive thru, limited parking, and the staff sucks. I understand things will be busy on a Friday afternoon, but there’s was only 1 teller, and they were taking care of a complicated transaction, no one else opened a window, the big ATM machine was broken so huge lines at teller and inside atm. Meanwhile the personal bankers hide in their offices with doors closed looking at their phones. Plenty of other places to put your money.
The nice gentleman that guards the door is not only vigilant but helpful. I have to say…Tim White is the Best customer banker account specialist! Mr. White thoroughly explained all info to my teen which was excellent! Very helpful, thorough, courteous y friendly professional.
