Was at chase for over a decade. They have made this bank a living nightmare to deal with. You can no longer call your bank. They want you to call there 1800 number where they will do nothing to help you. You will have to go to your bank and deal with any problems that way. Then on top of that when they try to pull a fast one on you and they try to charge you a bunch of fees you weren't supposed to be charged for cause you paid them back all the money you owed them they will lock your account and tell you your not allowed bac... read more

They try to charge me $10 dollars to cash a check! from the same bank!!! shame on you Bank
