Friendly and professional
No direct telephone line for scheduling appointments! Limiting this very basic functionality to ONLINE PROCESSES ONLY can only result in the loss to Chase Bank of potential customers who, for whatever reason, might not have consistent access to online processes. To be blunt about it, it's an indefensible business decision on the part of Chase Morgan corporation resulting in an exponential loss of revenue when factoring in the total number of branches Nationwide! It's just plain DUMB!!

The Branch Manager here is standout. Worked very hard on an issue we were having with mortgage credit reporting. Followed up with us daily until issue was resolved. Found it to be the cleanest, quietest, and most professional bank in the area. The ATM is newer and feels more secure than neighboring banks. Chase has a wealth of products and services that make it very easy to do business and banking out of the area.
