9:30 0n a Saturday and place is dark, doors locked and drive through closed... signs on the door say it is closing July 27, lobby open only by appointment, so what gives
One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Chase branch. I came in at 3:45 to send a wire transfer and Teressa immediately helped me. Her service was 10/10 and was hustling to that wire sent out before 4pm. Can’t say thanks enough to Teressa and the teller working for going above and beyond to help me out. I wish they worked at my local branch in Miami, FL lol.
The manager is unprofessional and rude! I hate going to this branch. Get better management and people and maybe youll have a good team.
Terrible customer service. You cant get anything done at this bank without some sort of hoop jumping. I've been with this bank for 6 years and nothing has changed. I'll be closing my account for sure.
I don't normally write reviews but I had such a great experience today I just had to share. I had an issue with my account so I went into Chase today. Not only was the lady so helpful, she took the time to answer all my questions and help me figure out my issue. Great customer service is a lost art and was so pleasantly surprised at the service I received today .
