Wow. Had high hopes. I went there to open a new business account. Had an appointment and waited and waited. Not sure if it was because of my tattoos or how I was dressed but they let me sit and forgot all about me. I bet if I showed up in my regular suit and not jeans and a flannel they might have paid attention. Either way I will never step foot in this place. Godspeed and go anywhere else. There are alot of banks in Lake Geneva who will appreciate your buisness .Chase is a good solid company but this branch is a bummer.
Worst Chase Bank branch I have seen. Limited parking, cash station down, went into bank after parking a block away and 2 cashiers with a long line.
Worst bank ever. Get a new ATM! Just close this awful branch.
Would give zero stars if I could! The ATM has been out for at LEAST two months ( and in reading these reviews I see its been about two YEARS). You can never deposit cash. This is very difficult for someone who works outside of regular banking hours. The nearest chase in either Antioch or Spring Grove. Get a second WORKING ATM and get it together Chase. Considering changing banks because of this. Utterly ridiculous every time I drive here for NOTHING.
Incompetent employees. They don't do what they're supposed to do even with thorough instructions. Big disappointment
