I had to go t0 the nearest Chase Bank location which was 30 minutes from my house due to an online issue that customer service was not helping with. I had low expectations after working with customer service over the phone. I was beyond pleasantly surprised working with Marisa at the Lake Geneva location today. She listened, took time to work through the problems I was having with the account and am happy to say she is the reason Chase has a new member today. Thank you.
Great service
Tammy is not helpful. I got a new line of credit thru Tammy and requested a balance transfer. She transferred more than was supposed to be transferred and then said she wasn’t able to help fix it. Typical sales person. Sells you something and then can’t help Support you. I will never go back to Tammy.
