James was the nicest person I’ve ever met he made sure everything was right and went to the furthest extent to make sure I was satisfied .
This is the bank is TERRIBLE for on line banking, transfers, mobile payments, etc. it takes forever to get any accounts connected. When you call customer service it i was told they could do nothing to expedite any process, then told i needed a physical card to use the atm, i gave them the address of where i was working because the customer service representative said he would have a new card over night express mailed to me. That never even showed up

Chase bank and the people who run it are bullies and crooks! They will seize your money and refuse to return it until the media is contacted to call them out. What a shameful bank run by shameful managers
