Trying to talk with someone at branch & keep getting recording that "they are unavailable" than says to try back .. no option to leave call back number. Extremely BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I get to the bank ATM..my card is locked because I locked it .Duh?.. it was 8am ..So I went to my car and had no internet service ! Darn. What do I do ? People were coming in n out of bank so I thought to try n hook up with Chase Bank internet ..in the parking lot! Found it and signed in as Chase guest and it worked ..Phew.. Got my card unlocked and got my cash .. Smiling now cause I thought I had to head home or my nearby friends house..about 20 miles .. Thank you Chase Bank
