I get to the bank ATM..my card is locked because I locked it .Duh?.. it was 8am ..So I went to my car and had no internet service ! Darn. What do I do ? People were coming in n out of bank so I thought to try n hook up with Chase Bank internet ..in the parking lot! Found it and signed in as Chase guest and it worked ..Phew.. Got my card unlocked and got my cash .. Smiling now cause I thought I had to head home or my nearby friends house..about 20 miles .. Thank you Chase Bank

Went in Monday 12/23/24 to cash my check around 430pm and I was greeted rudely by Tanya the clerk she told me to insert my card into the machine and I kindly said ok but I’m not here to put money on my card just to cash my check and she said we know we know like as if I should! Then I stayed quite while she was trying to ask me questions about my boss and how is he like what?! Then I continued to ignore her and she continued to ask me questions about him giving out bonuses and if I got one? Like how is that any of her busine... read more
