Had an outstanding balance that needed to be paid so i lost the account, no biggie. Tried to reopen an account and as was told id need a utility bill as a seperate form of id to open a new account even if i paid off the old balance. Thats never been an issue before, and only seems to apply to the branch on Telegraph and LaMirada.
